    Details of Documents (photocopies)to be submitted alongwith Application Form in the Department before Counselling Date:
  1. 1.Printed copy of filled-in Admission Form(duly signed by the candidate and his/her parents)

  2. 2.Identity Card Form(duly signed by the candidate)

  3. 3.University Fee Slip Deposit Copy

  4. 4.Marticulation(10th)Detailed Marks Card(DMC)Certificate.

  5. 5.Intermediate(10+2)Detailed Marks Card(DMC)Certificate.

  6. 6.Graduation & Post Graduation Detailed Marks Card(DMC)Certificate.

  7. 7.Character Certificate from last attended School/College/Institute

  8. 8.Declaration in the form of Affidavit for having any Gap in candidate's Studies

  9. 9.Adhar Card

  10. 10.Recent Passport Size Front Facing Photographs(ONE COPY) (To Be Stappled on the top right corner of the Admission Form)

  11. 11.Any other supporting documents
